Boutique downtown Chicago law firm seeks an energetic paralegal/legal assistant to support its real estate and litigation attorneys. The position will provide the successful candidate with an excellent and unique opportunity to learn and grow professionally and to work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing top tier legal work in the best interests of our clients. Our firm seeks individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive-minded and who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Principal Job Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with preference given to individuals having a paralegal certificate (either a BA in paralegal studies or a Post-Baccalaureate certificate holder) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience in real estate
commercial litigation

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills, and proficient word processing skills (proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel is a must).

A self-starter who initiates, anticipates and has high energy.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, make decisions, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt to change.

Ability to interact well with a wide range of individuals and external clients.
Schedule & Other:

40 hours per week
